SASA Özet Bilgi (KAP Bildirimi)

6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanunu'nun 13. maddesinin dördüncü fıkrası uyarınca süresi içinde kaydileştirilmediği için mülkiyeti Yatırımcı Tazmin Merkezi'ne (YTM) devredilen Şirketimiz fiziki payları için, hak sahipleri tarafından "6362 sayılı Sermaye Piyasası Kanununun 13 üncü Maddesinin Dördüncü Fıkrasının Kısmen İptali Üzerine Yatırımcı Tazmin Merkezi Tarafından Yatırımcılara Yapılacak Ödemelere İlişkin Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Yönetmelik" çerçevesinde YTM'ye yapılacak başvurular için son tarih 6 Eylül 2026'dır.

Başvuru süreci iki aşamalı olup, pay sahiplerinin ilk aşamada ellerinde bulunan fiziki pay senetlerini bir tutanak karşılığında Şirketimize teslim etmeleri, sonrasında Şirketimizden alınacak teslim tutanağı, başvuru dilekçesi, kimlik fotokopisi ve varsa veraset ilamı veya vekâletname ile birlikte YTM'ye başvurmaları gerekmektedir.

Yönetmelik hükümlerinden yararlanmak isteyen hak sahiplerinin olası hak kayıplarının önüne geçilebilmesini teminen başvurularını süresi içerisinde tamamlamaları önem arz etmektedir. 

Başvuruya ve ödeme sürecine ilişkin detay bilgilere YTM internet sitesinden (www.ytm.gov.tr) ulaşılması veya 0 312 292 90 45 numaralı telefondan bilgi alınması mümkündür.

Pursuant to the fourth paragraph of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362, the deadline for applications to be made by the holders of our Company's physical shares, the ownership of which was transferred to the Yatırımcı Tazmin Merkezi (YTM) due to their failure to be dematerialized within the prescribed period, in accordance with the "Regulation on the Procedures and Principles Regarding Payments to be Made to Investors by the Yatırımcı Tazmin Merkezi Following the Partial Annulment of the Fourth Paragraph of Article 13 of the Capital Markets Law No. 6362," is September 6, 2026.

The application process consists of two stages. In the first stage, shareholders are required to deliver their physical shares to our Company against a delivery record. Subsequently, they are required to apply to the YTM by submitting the delivery record obtained from our Company, an application letter, a copy of their identity document and, if applicable, a certificate of inheritance or power of attorney.

In order to prevent any potential loss of rights, it is important for the rights holders wishing to benefit from the provisions of the Regulation to complete their applications within the prescribed period.
